The third pushing part 23 having a medium height is provided on the first pushing part 10 between the protruded parts 11 of the pushing part 12. In the case the double layered coils 3 and 4 are inserted, the second layer coil 4 is engaged with a wall surface 24 of said pushing part 23 on the first pushing part 10, the first layer coil 3 is arranged over the protruded part 11 of the pushing part 12, and the coils are inserted into a core slot.
