With this series circuit, FETQ1, Q3 are ON with the storage charge at the node N1' at reset and the node N1, output OUT1 are at OFF-level. Thus, the node N1 is not increased to ON-level with the overlap capacitor C between the drain and gate of FETQ4, the reset state is held, and the production of malfunction can be avoided.
