Abstract

PURPOSE: To simply and assuredly bond a metal member without applying a pretreatment in welding of metal parts at least one of which is a sintered body, by plating between bonding surfaces a powder containing each specific proportion of B, P, and Si and forming into a specific sintered alloy by heating.
CONSTITUTION: If at least one of the members to be bonded is a sintered body, the bonding surface is applied with a powder or pressed-powder which is mixed to form either of Fe-based, No-based, or Co-based alloy after sintered by heating, and which contains one or more of B: 0.05wt%, P: 0.1W6wt%, and Si: 0.1W6wt%. Component B, P, or Si becomes liquid phase by heating, and by its excellent wettability and sintering accelerating action, storngly bonds metal parts together.
