Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the primary radiator for electric wave radiation such as antennas suitable for mass-production, low in the cost and light in the weight, by forming enforced plastic with inverse metallic melt-spraying method. CONSTITUTION:Releasing agent is applied to male metallic molds 11, 12, and conductive metal 14 is melt-sprayed on it with a melt-sprayer 13. Female metallic mold 16 is covered on it and molding is made by injecting enforced plastic 15. The metallic molds 11, 12 are removed after being cured to obtin a mold 17. Paint is applied on the mold 17 with a spray 5 to obtain a finished product. Since the reinforced plastic is formed with the inverse metallic melt-spraying method, the weight is lighter, and since the molding is used, it is possible from manual method of small amount production to the mass-production of the resin injection method, offering low cost products.
