Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain common parts usable for various types of motors as well as to reduce the kinds of parts by a method wherein the positioning is performed by engaging each end section of the base of the projection on an oblong-shaped coil supporting member to the notch of the both axial end parts on a core. CONSTITUTION:A plurality pairs of notched sections 12A and 12B are formed on the both axial edge parts 11A and 11B on a cylindrical core. Projections 15 and 16 are formed at the separated upper and lower parts on the outside surface of the oblong-shaped main body 14 and groove sections 17 and 18 are provided at the points opposing each other on the end section of the base. In addition, a protruded piece 19 is formed on the lower part of the inner surface and a stepped section 20 is provided on the upper section of the outer surface. Through these procedures, the main body 14 is deformed making a warp in the state wherein the coil supporting member 13 is positioned in the core 11, the groove section 17 is engaged to the notched section 12a and, at the same time, the groove section 18 is engaged to the notched section 12B. Then a stator 10 is formed by winding a plurality of coils 21 on radially sticked out projection 15 and 16.
