Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the fluctuation of the power supply voltage, by inserting a load between the output terminal that extracts the output signal and two power supply terminal and thus securing a constant power supply current regardless of the presence or absence of the input signal.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of a DC operation, the value of the resistance 25 is selected by using FET26 having the same property as FET22. Thus a coincidence is obtained between the drain currents I4 and I3 of the FET26 and 22. As a result, the output current I5 becomes zero, and the voltage of the output terminal 27 is decided by the resistance value of loads 28 and 29. In the case of an AC operation, the variation component ΔI4 of the drain current of FET26 becomes I5/2 with the variation component ΔI6 of the current I6 flowing to the resistance 28 set to -I5/2. In other words, the current variation component ΔI4 increases by I5/2 with the variation component ΔI6 reduced by I5/2 respectively. Thus the power supply current to be supplied to the amplifying circuit becomes constant regardless of the value of the output current I5 which is extracted from the termimal 27. As a result, the fluctuation can be reduced for the power supply voltage to prevent the distortion caused by the fluctuation of the power supply voltage.
