Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure an automatic resetting of a voltage stabilizing circuit, by connecting the cathode of a diode to the output terminal of the voltage stabilizing circuit and then earthing the connection point between the anode of the diode and the resistance via another resistance. CONSTITUTION:The resistance 7 and the transistor TR4 are inserted in series between the input terminal 1 and the output terminal 2, and the TR3 and the resistance 6 are connected directly to the base of the TR4 to be earthed. At the same time, a serial circuit of the resistance 13 and the diode 15 is connected between the terminals 1 and 2. Thus the anode of the diode 15 is earthed via the resistance 14 in the normal operation mode. As a result, an inverse voltage is applied to the diode 15 to prevent the flowing of current. When a overload is applied to the terminal 2, the TR3 and 4 are cut off with the output voltage approximating to zero. Here this load is eliminated, and accordingly the current flows to the base of the TR3 via the resistance 13, diode 15 and resistance 9 each. Thus the TR3 and 4 conduct.
