Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a stop valve from being forgotten of shutoff, by causing the stop valve to also function as an air vent valve and by shutting off the valve and a bypass circuit simultaneously after venting air.
CONSTITUTION: A valve element 15 is moved up so that it goes off a valve seat 20 and a shutoof ring 18 is also moved to the large-diameter portion 17b of a valve chamber 17. As a result, the first port 21 and the second port 22 communicate with each other to release air out of chambers 1, 2 through an air hole 19. When air venting work is completed, a valve stem 10 is rotated back so that the first and the second ports 21, 22 are disconnected from each other by the valve element 15 tightly fitted on the valve seat 20 and the second port 22 and a female screw section 16 are disconnected from each other by the shutoff ring 18 tightly fitted in the valve chamber 17. According to this constitution, a stop valve is prevented from being forgotten of shutoff.
