Abstract

PURPOSE: To accurately and efficiently control a temperature of a nozzle head, by providing the nozzle head made of low electric-resistant silicon, forming a high resistant layer composed of the silicon impregnated with a certain amount of impurities, and supplying an electric current to the nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: A sprayer has a nozzle part 1 for injecting liquid drops, conduits 2, 4 for introducing an ink liquid to the nozzle part 1, an electroacoustic transducing parts 3 and a common liquid reservoir 6 between a Pyrex glass base 19 and a main body 18. The main body 18 is composed of monocrystalline silicon. Each part from the nozzle part 1 to the liquid reservoir 6 is formed in a groove shape by chemical etching the silicon plate 18. At the nozzle side near the conduits, the main body 18 is provided with a heating resistor 17 which is composed of a high resistant layer having a high impurity content by dispersing boron or the like element into the silicon plate 18. When an electric current is supplied from lead terminals 21, 21', a heat is generated by the high resistor 17, and the temperature, viscosity, etc. of the ink liquid can be satisfactory controlled without any deviation.
