Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide proper fuel supply by arranging a fuel supplying sleeve driven orthogonally to a mixing path and a needle for regulating idle fuel through the movement of this sleeve in a carbureter for a model engine.
CONSTITUTION: A valve 4 having a through hole 9 is arranged in a throttle case 1 orthogonally to an air introducing inlet port and an outlet port not shown to open and close the inlet and outlet ports by the through hole 9. The valve 4 is slid left and right in the case 1 by a lever 6 while fixing a needle 8 projecting from the left end of the case into the through hole 9. The drawing shows the maximum opening position of the valve and the rightward movement of the valve reduces the opening thereof. The valve is regulated by a stopper not shown in the idling while providing a proper opening of the sleeve 12 for introducing fuel through a nipple 16 by the end of the needle 8.
