CONSTITUTION:A hold D1a corresponding to a predetermined position on the surface 1a of thin strap-shaped iron core plate 2 is formed at the die D1 of a mold, and a punch P1 is located facing the hole D1a. The diameter d1 of the hole D1a is set to a predetermined value larger than the diameter d2 of the punch D1. A stator slot is perforated at the plate 2, and a projection 3a and a recess 3b are formed at predetermined positions of the surface 2a of the thin plate 2 simultaneously with the die D1 and the punch P1. When the iron core plates 20 thus perforated are sequentially laminated, the projections 3a do not completely enter into the recesses 3b but form a slight gap.
