Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform high accuracy and low cost, by drillng holes for waveguide and fixing at a bundle by wire-cut discharge processing method. CONSTITUTION:A waveguide spacer is provided with a fine slot 3 to tie between a waveguide hole 1 and a surrounding fitting hole 2. In the manufacture of this, a plate having the external shape of a flange is made from a plate having required thickness at first and the prescribed number of plates are overlapped. After setting stacked plates to a wire-cut discharge processing machine, a wire 50 being the electrode of the wire-cut discharge processing machine passes through a hole 5 preset.
