Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform high accuracy and low cost, by drillng holes for waveguide and fixing at a bundle by wire-cut discharge processing method. CONSTITUTION:A waveguide spacer is provided with a fine slot 3 to tie between a waveguide hole 1 and a surrounding fitting hole 2.
