Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the printing of a dust as a defect even when more or less dust attachesion the optical system, by moving all the optical system except the light source during exposure. CONSTITUTION:A concentration filter 5 is provided between a panel 6 and compensating lens 4A. The concentration filter 5 is rotated during exposure. A compensating lens 4B is an optical lens with each different compensation, at each position of the light source corresponding to fluorescent tri-color of the screen panel, and, for example, is moved circularly in a plane vertical to the axis connecting the panel 6 and the source 2 during exposure.
