Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to obtain the high-sensitivity output characteristic even at the short wave length are of recorded wavelength, by forming the depthwise width of the ends connected to the electrode of a magnetic resistance (MR) element to the size close to recorded minimum wavelength and making the depthwise width at the centerlarger than the said width.
