Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce load to a user and increase utility, by supplying telegram erasion information as an additional information when the user write a telegram into a mailbox, then leaving the erasion control of telegram to a system. CONSTITUTION:The telegram MW to be written into the mailbox 1 from a terminal is transmitted with addition of the erasion information in the from of an additional information. Thus the telegram MW is written into the mailbox 1, and the erasion information E is separated to be transferred to the erasion control part 7. When the telegram read request MRQ is given, the MRQ is accepted by the erasion deciding circuit 5 at the erasion control part 7. The circuit 5 judges whether the telegram is erased or not within the mailbox 1 to transmit the read unable signal RN if the telegram is erased and then to transmit the telegram in the form of the read telegram MR to the terminal if it is yet unerased. In this case, the circuit 5 starts the erasion information storing circuit 6 which is a means to transmit the erasion enable signal when the conditions of erasion is satisfied to judge the reasonability of erasion for the telegram within the mailbox.
