Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the optimum equalization of amplitude in a short time, by giving a switching action to an amplitude equalizer to secure an equal gain between the 1st and 2nd signals. CONSTITUTION:The 1st signal arrived at the input terminal 17 is supplied to the AGC circuit A via the equalizer 1a as well as to the frequency deciding circuit 13. The circuit 13 decides that the input signal is the first signal and then opens the analog switch 6 to set to the circuit A at a fixed amplification factor. The second signal arrives and compared with the reference level Vr at the comparator 5 and via the circuit A. In case the equalization is insufficient, the gate circuit 11 is opened. Then the counting of the counter 12 is advanced by the clock pulse signal, and the analog switch 2 is switched to select the 2nd equalizer 1b having a large characteristics of equalization.
