Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a fragile and evenly grained granule and supply it quantitatively to a mold by a method in which a fluid mixture composed of raw material powder for a ceramic sintered body to be used as an element for electronic parts, a binder, and a solvent is dried by a high-frequency heating method.
CONSTITUTION: The product of the respective dielectric constants and dielectric loss factors of raw material powder 20 for a ceramic sintered body to be used as an element for electronic parts, a binder 21, and a container is made smaller than that of a solvent 22 in the selection of each raw material. Then, a fluid mixture 23 composed of these raw materials and the container 19 are put in a high-frequency heat 24 and heated by high frequency 27 from a magnetron 26, whereupon the solvent 22 is most heated and boiled by an internal heating peculiar to the high-frequency heating method to form uniform pores. Thus, the ceramic raw materials are changed into granules easily grindable after being dried and having good fluidity and a quantitative and uniform suppliability to mold, and therefore, the quality of ceramic sintered body made of the raw materials can be raised.
