CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body 10 obtained by heaping up two transparent synthetic resin sheets at a suitable distance is arranged on the upper part of a heat collector and a heat collecting plate 20 is arranged beneath the cylindrical body. The cylindrical body 10 and the heat collecting plate 20 are provided respectively with a hollow part 11 or holes 21 through which fluid flows. The cylindrical body 10 and the heat collecting plate 20 which are formed in such a method are supported in a box-type supporting means 30.
