CONSTITUTION:IGFET 5N-8N are connected in series between a power source terminal -V1 and an output terminal Vout, voltage applying means 1P-4P, 1N- 4N for opening an closing the IGFETs are provided at the gates of the IGFET 5N-8N, clock pulse applying means are provided through capacitors C3, C4, C5 at the connecting points 5, 6, 7 between the IGFET 5N-8N, and a capacitor C6 is connected between the output terminals Vout. Then, clock pulses phi of the same phase are applied to the clock pulse applying means and one gate of the IGFET, inverted clock pulses phi of reverse phase are applied to the gate of the IGFET, and thus the power voltage is converted to produce an output.
