Abstract
PURPOSE:To make possible accurate and easy measurement of electroconductivity without contact with a measured liquid or solid by arranging semi-electroconductive film along the surface of the same shaped coil and allowing passage of a line of magnetic force only from the coil. CONSTITUTION:Coils 11a, 11b are wound starting with the center of a bobbin 16 as if they were getting remote from each other and the beginnings of the winding are connected together to provide a high-potential terminal 21. While the ends of the winding are connected to each other to provide an earthing terminal 22. Each coil shall be of the same shape. Following this process, a semi-electroconductive film 17 is applied on each coil through an insulative spacer 25. This assembly is housed in a glass casing 26 and the casing 26 is immersed in a liquid to be measured 28 inside a container 27. Then only a line of magnetic force from each coil is allowed into the liquid to be measured 28. In this manner, measurement takes place with the coils 11a, 11b placed out of contact with the liquid to be measured 28.
