Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable checking of an entire cross-section in brief period without necessity of a drive mechanism by projecting a light flux parallel with the axis of an object from one facing of a monolithic object, realizing an image on a screen arranged in proximity to the other facing of the object, and monitoring the image by means of a TV camera. CONSTITUTION:A light source 6 and a light source case 5 having a lens 7 are installed on one facing of a monolithic object 3 having plural parallel through-holes. The light source 6 is located at a focusing spot of the lens 7. A light coming from the lens 7 becomes a light flux parallel with a base 4, passing through a small hole on the object 3 and being shown on a translucent screen 8 of a camera case 9 arranged at the other facing of the object 3. An image is shot by a TV camera housed in the case 9 and is focused on a monitor TV set. When a thin hole is clogged, a light spot does not appear at a spot corresponding to the thin hole on the screen 8. Therefore, it is possible to check on a clogging in a brief time.
