Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition suitable for the production of enameled ware, imparting frit with high electrical resistance, and giving a highly resistant material which decomposes and vaporizes completely by baking, by using the kneaded mixture of frit powder and plastic powder as main component.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition composed mainly of the mixture obtained by kneading frit powder such as SiO2 powder, B2O3 powder, etc., and plastic powder such as (meth)acrylic acid ester powder, etc. Enameled ware can be prepared by coating electrostatically a substrate such as iron, stainless steel, etc., with the above frit composition for electrostatic coating use, and baking the coated product. The above plastic pref. has a glass transition point of ≥60°C.
