Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality flat diaphragm with a uniform performance, by forming the hollow grooves and projected channels alternately on the connected surface of the material obtained by soaking the synthetic resin into the reinforcement member and then securing a connection among the hollow grooves and among the projected channels respectively. CONSTITUTION:The flat diaphragm 26 is formed by using the molded substances 33 and 34 made by providing the hollow grooves 31 and projected channels 32 alternately on a single surface of the material obtained by soaking the synthetic resin into the reinforcement member having an excellent rigidity and by the heat/pressure forming method and then fitting together the grooves 31 and the channels 32 respectively by adhesion. The grooves 31 and channels 32 can be formed radially. A fitting hollow part is provided at the center of the projected channel of one molded substance, and the fitting projected part is provided to the projected channel of the other molded substance. Then the fitting hollow part is fitted to the projected fitting part with pressure to carry out a positioning. An air exhaustion groove can be provided at a part of the channel 32 to exhaust the air in case the air among the grooves 31 is expanded by a change of temperature.
