Electron radio-active material 5 is sintered and solidified by applying laser as a heat source to the spread film of a paste which can be produced by dissolving a mixture of heat-proof oxide such as tungsten oxide etc. and a carbonate such as barium carbonate etc. in buthyl oxide solution.
