Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion and improve a thermal conductivity, by a method wherein a synthetic resin is laid between an aluminum sheet and a copper tube, and the three members are united monolithically to form a heat collection plate. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum sheets 1 are applied to the obverse side and the reverse side, and a coppr tube 2, which forms a path for fluid to be heated, is placed between the sheets. A layer 3 made of heat depositing synthetic resin, such as polypropylene, polyethylene or the like, is formed between the aluminum sheet 1 and the copper tube 2. After the sheets and tube are adhered together by press by means of a thermal press once, the copper tube so pressed is restored to a original tubular shape in a manner to feed air pressure into the copper tube 2 to form a heat collection pannel providing with a flow path 6. The heat collection plates are arranged in a zigzag or in parallel, and inlet and outlet 10 are formed at the ends of the flow path 6. A copper material is used with the flow path for fluid to be heated and thereby the obserbe material is prevented from corrosion. Additionally, the synthetic resin material is laid between the sheet and the copper tube, and as a result, an electrochemical corrosion also does not occur between the aluminum and the copper.
