Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The calipers A of a disk brake consists of a U-shaped calipers member 1 crossing a rotor and a hydraulic pressure cylinder member 5 which is mounted on its one end. In such calipers A, the calipers member 1 is formed using steel sheet with large Young's modulus and on the other hand, the cylinder member 5 consists of light aluminum cast. The calipers member 1 is formed by perforating a cylinder engaging hole 3 on one end and a calipers holding hole 4 which is provided at the stretching sections 1' on both sides. The calipers A is completed by casting the cylinder section 5 with aluminum casting so as to engaged in the hole 3 of this member 1.
