Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve transfer efficiency, by giving a CCD driving pulse to a control input of an analogue multiplexer and a DC voltage equal to the clock pulse amplitude value to the switch input, to perform control. CONSTITUTION:Clock pulse 12 of the TTL level obtained by the clock pulse generating circuit and frame transfer time designating pulse 13 are applied to logic level converting circuit 14, which converts the TTL level to a positive and negative bipolar pulse, and are caused to pass through binary-quad decoder 15 which converts binary mumbers to quad numbers. Four-channel analogue multiplexer 16 performs switching according to respective voltages of H-level FTH, L-level FTL, level INT of photo accumulation, and accumulate voltage level ACC of the frame transfer pulse which are set previously. The waveform switched to a desired clock pulse amplitude passes through line 17 and passes through waveform shaping circuit 18, which sets the rise time and the fall time of the pulse, and is current- amplified by output circuit 19, and the output is obtained at output terminal to apply to the CCD.
