An output from a comparison and amplification means 9 is an electric signal based on the temperature rise of a housing 1c. These signals are applied to a processor 13 through a multiplexer 11 and an A/D conversion means 12. A signal for indicating capability, to which generation of X-rays is permitted, is applied to a display means 14.
