Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the eliminating ratio of power supply ripple, by securing the same potential among the collectors and emitters of the transistors that constitute a current Miller circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The transistor 5 having a base-earthed function is connected between the anode of the diode 3 and the collector of the transistor 6. Thus an equal collector potential is obtained for both the transistors 7 and 6 to secure a balance for the gains of the transistors 6 and 7. Accordingly the ripple components caused from the voltage source added together at the collector of the transistor 4 can be eliminated.
