CONSTITUTION: The surface of a thermoplastic resin molded article, e.g. a film having a thickness of 5W100μ, is irradiated with electron rays having energy of 50,000W500,000eV, pref. 100,000W300,000eV at irradiation dose of 0.1W5Mrad, pref. 0.5W3Mrad. The irradiation is pref. carried out in an atmosphere of nitrogen, carbon dioxide gas, etc. containing ≤1,000ppm or oxygen or free of oxygen.
