Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to uniformly and quantitatively take out packings in a contact tank without causing breakdown, bias flow, and falling by raking off the repose angle part of powder formed throughout the depthwise direction of the bottom of the contact tank. CONSTITUTION:In a treatment container 1, plural contact tanks 3 divided by two perforated plates facing each other in parallel at given intervals are provided. The bottom of the contact tanks 3 is designed to enable packed material to be treated to form the angle of repose throughout the depthwise direction. And, the material to be treated, formed at a repose angle, is raked off by moving reciprocally a scraper 4 provided to the bottom plate of the contact tanks 3. Shortly thereafter, the treated material falls down by gravity to form a repose angle. The treated material so raked is sent through a granule feeder 6 to a granule regenerator 7 for regeneration.
