Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a clogging phenomenon by imparting centrifugal action and vibration action due to air bubbles to a mixed-in material attached to a surface of a filter cylinder as well as by attaching said filter cylinder to a water drainage cylinder eccentrically to impart vibration.

CONSTITUTION: A treating liquid is introduced into a space between an outer cylinder 31 and the filter cylinder 26 from intake ports 5, 6, an intake box 18 respectively corresponding to a particle condition of a substance mixed therein and the water drainage cylinder 12 is rotated. The outer cylinder 31 and the filter cylinder 26 are rotated at a same speed and a centrifugal force is acted by the rotation and the stirring of stirring vanes 35, 30 and, thereby, air is mixed in said liquid to generate many fine air bubbles. Large particles are separated to be descended to a discharge part 1b and the remainder receives the centrifugal force and the action of air bubbles on a peripheral surface of the filter cylinder 26 to separate fine particles mixed therein, and a mixed-in substance attached to said filter cylinder is peeled by vibration generated by attaching the filter cylinder 26 and the water drainage cylinder 12 eccentrically. A supernatant water is discharged through an inner tube 13b and a after drainage box 21 and the accumulated mixed-in substance is taken out from take-out ports 10, 11 through a spiral passage 39.
