Abstract

PURPOSE: To carry out the filtering efficiently by acting a centrifugal force to a mixed material attached to a surface of a filter cylinder as well as by generating a vibration phenomenon due to generated air bubbles to prevent a clogging phenomenon.

CONSTITUTION: A treating liquid is sent into a space between an outer cylinder 32 and the filter cylinder 26 from intake ports 5, 6 and an intake box 18 respectively corresponding to a particle condition of a substance mixed therein and, then, a water drainage cylinder 12 is rotated. The outer cylinder 32 and the filter cylinder 26 are rotated as the same speed and the centrifugal force is acted by the rotating and stirring action of stirring vanes 36, 30 to mix air into said liquid and, thereby, many fine air bubbles are generated. Large particles are separated and descended to a discharge part 1b and the remainder receives the centrifugal force and the action of air bubbles at a peripheral surface of the filter cylinder 26 to separate fine particles mixed therein by filtering. A supernatant water obtained by removing said particles is discharged from a water discharge box 21 through an inner pipe 13b. Further, the mixed-in substance accumulated in the main body 1 is passed through a spiral passage 40 and taken out from take-out ports 10, 11 from a discharge pipe 42 through a discharge box 46.
