Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the device small in size, light in weight and inexpensive in the cost by a method wherein the device is constituted so that a biased force is accumulated in a swing plate by the movement of a carriage and paper feeding is effected by the biased force after the movement of the carriage.
CONSTITUTION: When the carriage 4 is moved from the left end to the right end along the screw groove of a driving shaft 3, the post 4a of the carriage 4 is passed between the flexible diagonal plate 5c of the swing plate 5 and the protuberance 5a of the same, thereafter, is abutted against the flexible diagonal plate 5d and the force F is imposed to the diagonal plate 5d.
