PURPOSE:To make alignment easier by using the ultraviolet ray curing method for hardening in the alignment of a color mosaic filter and a solid-state image pick-up element and using the heat curing method for the hardening of resin under a mosaic pattern and a light shielding region. CONSTITUTION:A transparent region 15 is formed on the periphery of a color mosaic filter 1, while resin with ultraviolet ray curing property and heat curing property is dripped on the center of a solid-state image pick-up element 16 beforehand. In a state that the filter 1 and the solid-state image pick-up element 16 are pressed against each other, a mosaic pattern 3 is aligned with each picture element and resin 14'' in the region sandwiched by the transparent region 15 on the periphery of the filter 1 and the solid-state image pick-up element 16 is cured by irradiating specified ultraviolet rays. Next, resin 14' under a light shielding region 4 and the mosaic pattern 3 is heat-cured.
