Accordingly, an output + or -DELTAS of the differential amplifier 14 is small and also, an output DELTAS of an absolute value circuit 15 is small. Therefore, since the voltage signal DELTAS is smaller than the referential voltage Vgamma2 of a comparator 16, an output signal of a comparator 10 is 0. A change-over circuit 17 outputs a clock signal CK2 to a latch circuit 5 as a latch signal. The latch time of the latch circuit 5 is prolonged and the time space to update the content displayed in a digital indicator 8 is prolonged.
