Here, a series of the waste water treatment system consisting of the fluidized bed reacting tank 1, oxygen supply device 2, circulating water pipe 3, inflow water pipe and fluidized bed carrier washing and regenerating device 11 is formed as a closed system. This closed system is operated under pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, for example, 4-5kg/cm<2>, by which the dissolved oxygen in the water flowing into the fluidized beds is kept at 160-250mg/l. Thereby, the intended object is achieved and since the ratio of oxygen dissolution is high, the amount of the water for dissolving this can be smaller and the amount of the waste water is made constant.
