CONSTITUTION:The terminal switching device is constituted by switching circuit 7 which has one terminal connected to subscriber's lines 2 and 2' and has the other connected to the terminal, control circuit 8 which switches connection between terminals of switching circuit 7, and switch operating circuit 9 which is operated manually to start control circuit 8. Circuit 8 includes switching control signal generating part 81, voice signal receiving part 82, voice signal transmission part 83, and timer 84. When the switching signal is sent to circuit 7 from generating part 81, circuit 7 holds lines temporarily without originating or disconnection of lines 2 and 2' and performs the operation to switch the connection state between terminals of circuit 7 mutually.
