PURPOSE:To test a digital interface part easily without using a special circuit testing equipment, etc., by providing a time controlling means to a digital interface part. CONSTITUTION:When a calling subscriber 100 performs outgoing connection operation, a central controller 108 selects and acquires an outgoing circuit. At the side of the transmission line 107 of a digital interface part 105, transmission and reception sending-back connection is made, so a time controlling means 106 changes an origination start signal into an incoming signal to another time slot immediately. When the calling subscriber 100 dials the number of a called subscriber 103, the center controller 108 performs incoming connection to complete outgoing and incoming connection in the station. This channel is a one-way one, but when a one-way telephone call is excellent, the in-use time slot path of the interface part 105 is judged to be normal. The time controlling means 106 replaces time slots adequately to test all of multiplex time slots of the interface part 105.
