CONSTITUTION:The vessel 7 made of an insulating substance and housing the winding 1 in which an insulation is incorporated, pipes 7a and 7b connecting a cooling device 4 with the vessel 7 and an iron core 8 constituted by amorphous material of super-low loss and constituting a magnetic member are combined with the winding 1 through the intermediary of the vessel 7. By making the vessel 7 of the insulating substance, the vessel can be prevented from being heated by the main magnetic flux or a leakage flux. In addition, since the magnetic member 8 unrequired to be cooled is provided outside the vessel and only the winding is housed in the vessel, the size of the vessel can be reduced and insulation oil 3 can be saved.
