A fitting metallic jig 24 is provided to cover the whole of these parts and is fixed by screws 17. Center conductors 13 become strip lines as they are. The fitting metallic jig is provided with openings for leader lines. Generated heat is discharged to the lower part from the soft magnetic substance 12 easily.
