Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve a selective absorption characteristic by a method wherein an anode oxide film is formed on a surface of aluminum or its alloy, a metal is separated on a surface of the film, the surface is made to be a rough form.
CONSTITUTION: Aluminum is degreased, then ground with chemicals in a bath of phospher-nitride acid, a rate of reflection in a range of infrared wave length is improved, the aluminum is anode oxidized in a bath of sulfuric acid to poduce an anode oxide film having a thickness of about 10μm. Then, an electrolyte coloring treatment is performed in an electrolyte bath containing soluble metallic salt such as Ni, Co, Sn etc., the metal 3 is separated on a bore 2 of the film 1 and then colored. Upon cleaning with water, the salt is melted by mixture solution of phospheric acid and chromium acid, aluminum base metal is not melted even if the film is melted, so a solution bath having a decoloring of the film, that is, less solution of separated metal 3 is selected.
