Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve a thermal efficiency by a method wherein some heater plates are arranged at the front and rear parts in the air passage between a blower port and an air blower device so as to be crossed in an air blowing direction and one of the heaters is used as one for producing soft warm air.
CONSTITUTION: Both heater plates are positioned between the louvers 11 and the blower device 13 in the air passage 7, that is, the heater plate 18 is arranged at the side of the louvers 11 so as to be inclined with respect to the upper and lower flow regulator plates 5 and 6, and in turn another heater plate 19 is arranged at the side of the blower device 13 so as to be inclined with respect to the upper and lower flow regulator plates 5 and 6. The heater plate 19 at the side of blower device 13 is made to be independently operable as one for producing soft warm air. The heater plates 18 and 19 obstruct the flow in the air passage 7, each of the heater plates is inclined approximately by 30W90° in the same direction, and the thermostat 15 is fixed to one surface of the heater 19. Thereby, the hot air may be uniformly and fully heat exchanged, and its thermal efficiency may be improved under a low temperature.
