Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform a biological deodorization by the procedure in which waste gas after fermentation is introduced to a fermentation chamber located at lower part of fermentation tank and passed through deposits already subjected to fermentation process.
CONSTITUTION: A great number of the fermentation chambers 5A...5H are provided in the fermentation tank 1, in which the air supply pipe 9a leading to the blower 8A is connected to the upper part of the fermentation tank 5B and the exhaust pipe 13a is connected to the upper part of the fermentation tank 5C in the face of the air supply side. In the same way, the air supply pipes 9b...9d connected to the blowers 8B...8D and also to between staged chambers and the exhaust pipes 13b...13d are provided in a mutually faced manner on both sides of the fermentation chambers. Then, the exhaust duct 14 is connected to the air exhauster 10 and also the upper part of the fermentation chamber 5H through the exhaust pipes 13a...13c and then through the air exhauster 11. The air supplied in this way sent with the gas after fermentation from each stage fermentation chamber back to the lowest fermentation chamber 5H through the exhaust pipes 13a...13c and the exhaust duct 14.
