Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Magnet 5 of rotor is fixed with chuck 8. After revolving shaft 6 of rotor is inserted therein, ball of solder 7 is placed at the bottom of tooth formed part 6a of revolving shaft 6 on the side of magnet 5. Then solder 7 is heated to melt down by heater nozzle 9, laser, heater tip or the like, and melted solder 7 is poured into the connecting part between magnet 5 and revolving shaft 6 and cooled to fix the two.
