PURPOSE:To make it possible to ignore operation inputs from unoperatable operation switches when an arbitrary position selection switch is operated, by calculating whether individual master operation switches are operatable or unoperatable for the switch above when the switch above is operated and by outputting this calculation result. CONSTITUTION:Position selection switches SS11-SSmn and master operation switches MS1-MSi fitted to operation panel 1 are connected to the input end of digital input circuit 6, which has data latch function, through AND input gate 5 in control unit 4. Position selection confirmation indicator lamps SL11-SLmn and master operation permission indicator lamps ML1-MLi of panel 1 and control object 7 are conncted to respective outpt ends of digital output circuit 8. Meanwhile, all outputs of gate 5 are inputted to OR gate 9, and the output is connected to latch terminal L of circuit 6 and set input terminal S of interrupt latch 10, and one output of circuit 8 is connected to reset terminal R of latch 10.
