Abstract

A predetermined amount of the reformed soil is backfilled in the tench 2, the upper surface of the soil layer 6 is subjected to rolling or the like to form a burying hole 5, an underground pipe 1 is fitted in the hole 5, the reformed soil is backfilled on the pipe 1, and the exposed surface is rolled to complete burying of the pipe 1.
