Abstract

PURPOSE:To make stripping of the used photosensitive resin layer easy hence make reuse of cylinder base material easy by providing the specific polyamide base photosensitive resin layer on a base material layer. CONSTITUTION:Dyes, pigments or ultraviolet light absorbers exhibiting absorption in photosensitive characteristic wavelength 280 to 430 nm regions are added at 0.05 to 1 wt% to the polyamide base photosensitive resin composition composed of polyamide 100 pts.wt., photo polymerizable polymer preferably 10 to 100 pts. wt., 0.05 to 5 pt% based on the total weight thereof of a photo polymerization initiator and further, if necessary, about 0.001 to 5 wt% of a heat polymerization inhibitor. At this time, the adhesion strength between the polyamide base photosensitive resin layer and base material layer is so controlled as to become 0.10 to 0.5 kg/cm at 180 deg. stripping through controlling of the ratio of the photo polymerizable polymer, etc. Such polyamide base photosensitive resin composition is coated and dried on the base material layer of a gravure cylinder.
