Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable price reduction by getting close to the end product in one injection molding process under a design to interlock with various secondary processing machines before and after primary and secondary injection molding processes. CONSTITUTION:Metal mold-attaching surface of rotary disk 5 has four sides and four pieces of rotary core molds 14-14''' are caused to be rotated and stopped at 90 deg. in a prearranged direction within a horizontal surface. In addition, rotary disk 5 is caused to be shifted by mold opening stroke at the time of opening and closing the mold. As a result, at a total of four positions on the molding machine side at the operation side and the opposite side of rotary disk 5 in the positions of mold opening completion and mold closing completion, it is possible to install various secondary processing machines 21-21''' according to purpose and application. Consequently, assembly molding are feasible. Further, along with injection molding on the primary and secondary sides, various secondary processings can be carried out in the position of mold closing completion, thus eliminating time loss and enabling the effective availability of assembled molded products.
