Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve combustion and reduce poisoning gas component by a method wherein an O2 sensor is arranged in the primary combustion section to control a fuel supplying pump, burner motor and moreover to perform secondary combustion at a later stage of the primary combustion. CONSTITUTION:In case the balance between air volume to a burner 13 and fuel is broken and the electromotive force from an O2 sensor, e.g. falls under 40mV or rises above 60mV, it is transmitted to a burner motor control circuit, pump control circuit through an AD converter to be stabilized in the range of electromotive force 40-60mV depending on change of the number of revolution of the burner motor 10 and a frequency change of the burner motor 10 and a frequency change of a pump 22. Thereafter the secondary combustion is performed in the secondary combustion section 20 at the air excess rate 1.3-1.5 with the secondary air from the secondary air supplying pipe 15. By said constitution a satisfactory combustion control can be conducted and also the posisoning gas contents in the exhaust gas can be reduced.
